Eli Rose
Label / Management / Booking / Music producer
Eli Rose is a singer-songwriter from the Montreal area. While she now seems to be thriving with brilliance, this is far from her first transformation. After a successful first career and two albums as part of the duo Eli et Papillon, she made the bold decision to embark on a solo journey - one that quickly paid off. Following the success of her song Soleil in 2017, she released her first solo album in 2019, which featured Carrousel, Tôt ou tard, and Origami (with FouKi). Her charm and artistic sensitivity have transcended borders, earning over 26 million streams a remarkable achievement for a francophone artist.
The Quebec music industry was quick to recognize her talent. She received the prestigious Découverte de l’année award at the ADISQ Gala, as well as the Chanson populaire de l’année award at the SOCAN Gala for Carrousel. She also made her mark at the Rencontres de l’ADISQ, winning the Prix Premier album twice, given to an artist who stood out on BDS radio charts.
In 2023, she released her second solo album, Hypersensible, which solidified her status as a leading artist. Tracks like LALA and As de cœur continued to shine on FM radio, strengthening her unique connection with the public. In 2025, Eli Rose joined the roster of the label La Maison Mère (home to Sarahmée, Léonie Gray, Sofia Duhaime, and others) and began writing her third solo album. This time, she teamed up with composer and producer Tom Lapointe, embracing a completely free creative approach. Her writing and style venture toward more organic sounds, reminiscent of her beginnings with Eli et Papillon.
Her debut single, Toute ma vie, sets the tone. Driven by danceable rhythms accented with a touch of guitar, the song captures a pivotal moment in the artist’s life. Now a young mother, she feels the need to take stock. With complete honesty, she addresses the highs and lows, therapy, the passage of time, and the inner work that never truly ends. It’s a lucid, self-assured approach that marks the beginning of a new creative chapter—freer, and deeply grounded in real life.
With the release of her second single, Je sais pas, Eli Rose pushes this introspection even further. Inspired by a period during which she temporarily put her artistic career on hold to experience the stability of the corporate world, the song explores the tension between security and creation, between adult responsibility and a visceral need to make art. Caught between two worlds, the artist gives voice to the uncertainty, the burnout, and the existential questions that inhabit her: what do we do when creation alone is no longer enough to keep us standing? Is there a middle ground—more honest, more breathable?
Grounded by strong roots and fueled by a renewed sense of clarity, Eli Rose unfolds with precision and vulnerability, affirming her truth as an artist more than ever.
